- Order
By confirming an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these
General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A summary confirmation email is sent to
the email address provided by the customer after each order.
- Payment
Payment is made online, securely, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by any other
payment method offered at checkout. Banking details are transmitted via SSL
encryption and are not stored by Pink Paradise.
- Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided when the order is placed.
Applicable delivery times and fees are shown before the cart is finally confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days
from the order date.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code,
you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of
withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition, complete and
undamaged, within 14 days of your notification. Return shipping costs are your
responsibility, unless otherwise stated. The refund will be issued within a
maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of return, using
the same payment method as the one used for the purchase. The refund includes
the standard initial delivery charges.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or items made to
the customer’s specifications, nor to any other exclusions provided for by law,
where applicable to the store’s activity.
- Legal Warranties
In accordance with Articles L. 217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code
and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code, you benefit from the legal
warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The legal
warranty of conformity applies for 2 years from delivery of the item.
In the event of a non-conforming product, you may request repair or replacement
of the item. If these solutions are impossible or cannot be implemented within
the legal time frame, you may obtain a price reduction or rescind the sale, in
accordance with the conditions laid down by law.
- Mediation and Disputes
In the event of a dispute, you may use mediation or any other alternative dispute
resolution method, including the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:

dispute will be brought before the competent court in accordance with the
applicable procedural rules.
